Samsung NC10 Battery Life

3 Dec 2008For me, the NC10’s main selling point was it’s acclaimed 8 hour battery life which is harnessed from the standard 6 cell battery that the unit comes with.
The graph below shows that the 8 hour claim is not far from the truth:
You better Beleive it! – at around 37.5% level brightness (fine if you are out of sunlight) the NC10 goes for almost 7 hours!

If you want the long battery life described in the review be careful where you buy from, Argos or Comet stores only sell ones with batteries that last for less than 4 hours.

Tony is right. Check it isnt 3 cell before you buy!

Hi, I’m very interested in Linux but Im a Super Newbie and I’m having trouble deciding on the right distribution for me (Havent you heard this a million times?) anyway here is my problem, I need a distribution that can switch between reading and writing in English and Japanese (Japanese Language Support) with out restarting the operating system.
